CostPerJob is the shop OS for solo trades. We exist so a 1–2 truck shop can see which jobs made money — then bid the next one differently.

Why we exist

The invoice says you got paid. It does not say whether the hours and the supply house ticket left a margin. CostPerJob is the shop OS for that row: this job, this bid, this actual, profitable or not.

What CostPerJob is

CostPerJob is a shop OS for solo trades and 1–2 truck shops. v1 is the money loop: pricebook, estimate (PDF or link), open job (materials and hours), scorecard, margin history. Free is three open jobs. Pro is $29/mo.

Field-service OS runs the day (schedule/SMS/CRM). Shop OS runs jobs and money (scorecard).

What we are not

We are not a field-service OS. We do not schedule, dispatch, route crews, send outbound SMS, take job payments, sync QuickBooks, keep inventory, or generate a bid with a model.
