AI policy

CostPerJob is operated by Media Yard LLC, a United States limited liability company. New Jersey is our place of establishment. Postal address: Media Yard LLC, PO Box 73, Pennsauken, NJ 08110. CostPerJob is not a model. It is a shop OS: a ledger and a scorecard for jobs and money.

No generative AI in v1

v1 does not generate estimates, emails, or job descriptions. It does not chat with a customer. The marketing-site tools (job margin, estimate vs actual, labor burden) are arithmetic that runs in your browser. We do not send those numbers to a model.

There is no AI receptionist, no generative estimator, and no model that “learns” your pricebook.

What Media Yard LLC is not

We do not place an AI system on the Union market under our name. We are not a provider of a general-purpose AI model. We are not the deployer of an AI feature in your shop. CostPerJob does not generate content for a natural person and does not make a decision about a person.

Not high-risk, not prohibited

CostPerJob is a job-costing report. It is not an Annex III high-risk AI system. We do not offer prohibited practices.

No automated decisions about people

The scorecard does not cap, block, or auto-price a customer because a row is red. Free is a cap on open jobs in the shop OS, not a decision about a person.

No training rights of any kind

We take no training rights in your jobs. We do not train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve a model on your pricebook or scorecards. See Privacy and the DPA.

If a later feature sent content to a model, that provider would be added to DPA Annex 3 and Privacy with 30 days’ notice before anything shipped. That would still not turn CostPerJob into a field-service OS.

What we do not claim
